Don't pay for expedited shippingPaid for 1-2 day shipping. Product arrived in 5 days - after we had left for our trip. When I no longer needed the item due to their delinquent shipping, they said I could return the wine carrier luggage, but I had to pay for it with a tracking number. The shipping was about as much as the suitcase. Horrible customer experience and will never order from them again.
